Information is collected only when you choose to send it, through one of the two forms on this website.
- General enquiry form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the enquiry type you select, and your message.
- Complimentary property valuation form: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and any property details or notes you provide.
Standard technical information, such as the time of submission, is recorded by the form-handling service that delivers your message. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why it is collected
Your details are used to contact you about the enquiry or appraisal you requested, and to prepare a response relevant to your property and circumstances. They are not used for any unrelated purpose, and they are not sold or traded.
How enquiries are handled
Submissions are received through Netlify Forms, the form-handling service that hosts this website, and are read by Kira Coastal. Information may be shared with a third party only where that is necessary to act on your request, or where required by law.
Your information is retained for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of the advice given. You can ask for it to be removed at any time.
Marketing
Sending an enquiry or valuation request does not subscribe you to a mailing list. If Kira Coastal introduces email updates in future, they will be sent only to people who have opted in, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask what information Kira Coastal holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Please get in touch using the enquiry form or by phone, and the request will be actioned.
